The
metal bellows and metal hoses manufactured by our factory
have been successfully applied to aerospace, spaceflight,
petrochemical, metallurgy, irrigation, power, transportation,
heating power pipe, electronics, medical treatment and
pharmacy, in which the heating power pipes adopt direct-bury-pressurized-outside
and direct-bury-pressurized-inside bellow expansion joints,
which take great convenience to designing department and
construction unit.Therefore, it has been more and more

Our factory's products are manufactured strictly complied
with the standards of America's Expansion Joints Merchant
Association and International GB150,GB/T12777-1999 and
GB/14525-1993 and its design, manufacture and monitoring
are optimized with computer, therefore, the products are
featuring of compactness, big compensation dosage, small
rigidity and convenient tubing, as well as reliable quality.
The various metal bellows and metal hoses manufactured
by our factory with different specifications, diameters
and  working pressure ranging from 0．6Mpa to 2．5Mpa have
been certified by National Detection Center.The correct
pattern selection and design and construction of metal
bellows and metal hoses are the key to ensure the reasonable
and safety use of metal bellows and metal hoses.
The metal corrugated hose belongs
to flexible pipe element, which is mainly made up of metal
corrugated pipe, stainless steel wire mesh cover and jointing
piece, which acts as soft connection between pipes and
equipment so as to compensate relative displacement. Besides,
it produces special metal hoses for production pump, storage
tank, reserve oil tank,tanker and oxygen blast of steel-making.In
order to facilitate customers' selection, the samples
are attached with pattern selection directions. When selecting
metal hoses, please make sure the following factors: hose
diameter, working pressure, working temperature, media
property, joint type, installation and implacement method,
working life. The types and materials of hose are determined
by the factors above and selecting min. radius of curvature
according to attachment(3-2) and calculate and select
necessary length of the hose according to attachment(3一1A）/（3一1B).
The working pressure listed in the sample refers to the nominal pressurization ability in the normal temperature. If the  temperature of media is higher than normal temperature, please correct according to the pressurization ability of attachment(3-5).The pipe material of metal hose listed in the sample can be divided into SUS304 or SUS316L.The mesh cover is made of 1Crl8Ni9Ti and the joint material can be carbon steel or stainless steel according to customer's requirement.
